The Bakery boys ate everything in sight, starting Walker's rerolls.

They ate my early possession with an onside kick and blitz. They were eating when they should have been running the ball soon after. My ball carrier slipped and fell presumably on something they ate in the act of crossing the line for a first TD that was not to be. They pretty much ate every chance the Walker's had except for a turn 8 last gasp TD effort.

In the second course, err, half they served up a fling cage for dessert. The Walkers helped themselves only to find the fling carrying the goodies in the middle too slippery to get hold of. By the time the ball was spilt straight down Chockee Bits' gullet the Walkers had a lot of chasing to do and a sneaky little fling to catch. Chockee got away and the scores were level late in the match.

Fearing the onside-blitz again as they lined up but bouyed by the rare sight of fewer opponents than Walkers at this stage in the match the Walkers threw for the win and the good wind was with them.

#12 Norma Falks – Dead (RIP)
These elves pretended that they were weaklings - just look at their names - but it turned out that they were as bashy as a bashy thing! Chockee Bitts was the sole receiver of SPPs for the Bakery Boys this match, who scored their only touchdown, and received the MVP for his efforts.

The first half was a real nailbiter. Choosing to kick, the Bakery Boys did one of those really short kicks, and came up with a surprise blitz! Leaping forward, they grabbed the ball right out of the air in front of a surprised elf team! The elves recovered quickly, and soon the halflings found themselves in a rather unfortunate position, losing the ball just as quickly as they had gotten a hold of it. They came very close to retrieving the ball again when the elven ball carrier slipped over in the end-zone (tripped up by one of the sneaky 'flings, but no sooner had Misty Cookes picked up the ball than the nasty elves pushed her straight into the crowd! A bid throw in by the forced the elves to go for a short pass in order to score a TD in turn eight.

The second half saw the Bakery boys form a super-tough hafling cage, which the elves prompty demolished. Not, however, before the ball had escaped them, and was half way down the field! A little bit of bad luck on the elves behalf saw the Bakery Boys waly in for an easy touchdown in turn 4.

Cheering wildly, the halflings realised that they were actually going to be outnumbered for the final drive, which certainly wasn't something they had counted on. Although the elves had a little bit of trouble picking up the ball, when they finall got it to work, they managed to take it all the way, with a handoff, and awnother short pass to get the ball straight down the field to a waiting catcher to score in turn 7 of the second half.

Nice close game really, one of those 'if only i'd ...... type of games, which i a real good effort by the Bakery Boys I think, but has ruined their winning streak of a whole three games!!! The Bakery Boys look forward to a match in which they will surely get their revenge!!!

R.I.P. Norma. We don't know what you did, but you were a 'fling, so you mush have done it well!
