“Just what a Khemri team with problems picking up the ball needs is a rainy game. It must have pissed off the mummies because Kaj killed Leo the Linerat right off the line in turn one! Well the rats got their revenge fast because on their turn two--when the Throw-Ra's still couldnt pick up ball--sitting on the1 yard line, Shane the gutter runner (with VLL) comes in and takes ball right infront of Taro, dodges back, then scores!

At the next kick off, there was a weather roll, but incredibly enough it re-rolled "raining!!" Must have been the will of Nuffle for me to suffer never picking up the ball! 2nd drive, same result: cant pick it up he walks in ,takes it, scores in two turns!

Now third drive, down 0-2, T6, miracle of miracles, I actually picked up the the ball with a nice cage too, yet, these rats sneak in and nabs the ball AGAIN. Luckily unable to immedately score, I loosened it up…but of course, couldnt pick it up. Next turn, the rats run in, grab it from under a mummy no less and then manages a PASS to a waiting Lazarus in the end zone…all STILL in the RAIN. Now its 0-3.

Well this really pissed off the mummies, because in the last turn of the half, Xirtam hits and kills the rat passer (Fortunately for him, his apoth works!)

In the 2nd half…still raining by the way, luck would turn a bit in the Syndicate's favor as he could not pick up the ball and there was a huge scrum in the middle of the field. A few turns, and an SI later, the Syndicate has the ball in his zone for the first time!

As the march down the field was about half way, in turn 6, Kaj KILLS his 2nd rat when he realized that after the turn over, and loose ball, there was not enough time left to score.

And at end, in brilliant nuffle justice, T8 when it doesn’t matter, because we will be one square short, even after two GFIs, the syndicate manges to pick up the ball, pass, hand off and gfi twice, stopping 1 square short, all in one turn with no RR.

In the end, it was a funny game with a great coach. I hope to continue to play Bill's teams...although, it looks like this team will be headed for the Unranked division. 0-1-5 is no record for Ranked.
