If was a fair and good game - although all the bulky armor the dwarves had brought with them was very hard, and in some unfortunate collisions (entirely accidental naturally) some elves got a bit battered up. Nothing too rough, though Flowerhair has been complaining of an aching knee ever since.

The dwarven team was plagued by poor luck, resulting in many opportuneties for the elves to grab the ball and make for the end-zone. With four goals to none, the win was rather convincing. However, both teams were happy with a game well played, and when passing the injury box on their way off the pitch, the dwarves had only warm (if somehow a bit grim) smiles for the wounded elves.”
