“Wow, talk about a good game. Despite a complete lack of luck on my part, I still managed to not permanently injure any of my players. Despite many scoring opportunities, I just couldn't pull it together to make a score. My MVP, Blaknose ended up being the number one ball catcher, but unfortunately ended up being the only player going to miss the next match of the tournament.
All said, it was a well played game through and through, and Edgie effectively exploited my mistakes.”
“Ah, a nice clean game for the most part. The Gurglesmith's brought a few bad moments to the game, and unable to do much with the ball, they fell beneath the trampling feat of the Knights of Nintendo. Ribbit, who was awarded with the standard MVP, also recieved coach Edgie's personal MVP reward for pushing Gurglesmith's Gutter Runner out of on the 10 yard line, as well as his two impressive touchdowns.
Alas, in the final moments of the second half, after the third touchdown, coach Edgie went to shake hands with Sceptre. Sceptre, however, went ballistic! He ordered his players to bash the nearest lineman and foul him dead. Alas, their evil plan failed and coach Edgie had lineman Pikachu blitz into the closest Gutter Runner. Despite PIkachu getting knocked down, he seriously injured Blaknose, causing him to miss a very important next game!”
