“A tough match-up for the Fangs in a game they had to avoid losing to have any chance of winning the Karak Kadrin division. Despite the pouring rain the Fury Little Friends showed brilliant ball skills to quickly open the scoring in the first half. Though the rain cleared to dazzling sun the Fangs were unable to equalize in the first half and were lucky to go in 1-0 down after the ball was stolen by the sneaky skaven at the end of the half.

Early into the second half the Fangs managed to grab an equalizing touchdown, making it all to play for with most of the second half to come.
An error by the Friends allowed Ichi to bravely dodge into a sideline cage and send the skaven thrower into the crowd, with the thrown in ball gathered by the lizardmen. However the ball was quickly retrieved by the skaven before the lizardmen could break for it, and the Friends were then able to run in the winning touchdown.

Tough game against a very good coach who tied up the Saurus very well and generally outplayed me (damn Gutter Runners!). The Sauri obviously need bashing lessons after failing to hurt a single rat. Still at least I have a Krox now which should help on the bashing front :)”
