“The Nukks first win - woo!!
In another bruising affair the Nukks finally got a win after some solid play and fast foot work.
The first TD took the entire half to score coming in the 7th turn after a missed pass from Squinty to Cracker. The ball was deep in PB territory and with the weight of players on his side Cracker was able to retrieve the ball and run in for the score.
The 2nd half started with a pitch invasion that saw a number of the Nukks players battered. They recovered quickly and shortly after the restart 3 Knees with an assist by the intrepid Tony sacked the ball carrier, recovered the ball and made off for the line for another score.
Luck wasn't holding for the Pink Boys and with time running out they started a final drive for the line making good field position. The Nukks defence held however and with some quick work from the Nukks goblins, Gobba & Tony, they were again able to bring down the ball carrier and retrieve the pill denying the Pink Boys the TD.

Second half went from bad to terrible. Failed blocks were introduced everywhere, but boys managed to move ball 4 squares away from Nukks goal. After this point headcoach Lucky1 was so exhausted that couldnt manage anymore yelling and Pink boys defenceline crumbled like cookie. Ball was torn from carriers unconsius hands and running trough my prone defence line.
My boys need some practice before they can manage tasks without coaching. Thanks for game.
