Johnny Gauntlet did not win over any critics with his noticable absence due to his niggling injury. If Dark Water were richer, Gauntlet would certainly be cast aside. However, the cash strapped town can afford his replacement yet, so he stays.

Luckily, the Gypsies hired one of the Stonewalls, and his presence earned him MVP for all around support. Lucifer is hoping to bring his family name back to it's former glory, and tonight was a good start.

Blue Dancer got himself a TD, but also got himself knocked out for the second half. Without his help, Demon tried to take the ball in, but was stopped by the solid orc defense.

Mang the Merciful racked up two casualities. He is proving he is worth his weight in gold every game. Meanwhile, the Cougar took a hit and will be sitting out the next game.

With only eleven player (or ten if Gauntlet doesn't show), the Gypsies desperately need some gold to get another lineman to help fill out the line.
