“As the Luck-O-Meter says, it was bad luck all round for the Chaos Dwarves. The Minotaur caught the ball turn 1...and failed every WA roll all half (even after Thumper caught up with him and took him down). Though the KO's vs. the rats came fast and heavy, it just wasn't enough in the face of a key failed catches and double skulls by the Dwarves.

Screamer scored an amazing 4 Touchdowns, partly due to a Blitz! late in the game that led to yet another recovery by Die Warp Maus. Even plaing without Biter (the team's main hitter) the skaven managed to out casualty the Chaos Dwarves, with a little help from the fans. The rats even managed a perfect Dodge game, not failing in a single attempt to escape a Dwarf's clutches - gutter runner and linerat alike!

But as bad as the dice may have been for Yikes, they were kind in respect to damage, and no player was hurt too badly to take part in either team's next match.

All in all a rather one sided game due to nothing more than dice luck, although hopefully a good lesson in speed tactics and how to recover the ball from difficult situations for maximum effect.
