“Well it was my first attempt at a tourny and it didn't go to badly......
I had to draft in another bull centaur and a few hob gobs to even up the teams, but I was still in awe of his multiple skills and +st upgrades.
It didn't take him long to score the first time, a quick pass to a catcher and it was 1-0.
My drive was standard, a nice cage and a drive up the field to let the Bull Centaur score. He did manage to knock the ball carrier off the field, but a bit of quick thinking allowed me to grab the ball and score in turn 8.
The next half was not so good. Many of my players were out and the cage tactic was stalled. Managed to break out with the Bull Centaur again but rolled the dreaded double 1's on the dodge. He grabbed the ball and was away.
He needed just one 3+ to score and failed, and it came down to the re-roll.
Success and Bloodrunners goes through to the next round in the fumbbl cup!
