“The Fossil Remains got the first drive and set up for a speedy TD when suddenly a pass was seriously misthrown. Much to evereryones surprise the Raiders ogre, Bubba Bonelicker, catched the ball.

Bubba started his own run to score leaving the startled Fossil Remains players way out of position. The skinks are nothing if not fast however and they managed to get themselves back in front of the ogre, and for the whole rest of the first half the Orkland Raiders tried in vain to get through the rather thin skink lines.

In the second half the Raiders got the ball on a touchback and once again got moving forward. They also knocked out a saurus on the half's very first block, leaving only one saurus and seven skinks against their ten orcs and one ogre. Despite this the drive not only failed to breakthrough, but the skinks managed to knock the ball loose and nearly picked it up.

Finally the orcs got their stuff together, got the ball back and scored in their sixth turn. This left the Fossil Remains with three turns to score, and this time they didn't make a mistake.

The fans of both teams were understandably upset by the lack of action, as this match really looked like it would end in a 0-0 draw before the orcs finally scored...”
