A hard fought first half in the rain ended in 0-1 for Da Happiness Patrol. Their luck was not what it might have been, and the Midnight's was excellent (83% at half). However, it was good coaching as much as luck that secured the first touchdown for the Chaos Dwarves. Not that good dice would be expected in the rain - true Kiljoy weather.
Second half. Da Happiness Patrol Crowd Control Agency noted that the referee was enjoying the dreary weather, which clearly makred him as a Kiljoy. He was removed from the Stadium and relocated to The Waiting Zone., pending his tryout at the Forum. This allowed the delpoyment of the Fondant Surprise, whose sticky strawberry flavor disabled the opposing Star Bull Centaur Kiljoy who had scored the Chaos Dwarves' touchdown earlier. The use of Fondant Surprise not surprisingly turned the match rather violent, with only some last second ball handling by Joeseph C running in the equalizer as the clock wound down. A last second attempt to teach Daisy K the meaning of the word 'despair' failed, and the game ended 1-1.
Sorry about the permanent damage, but Tank was clearly the Kiljoy Ringleader on the Midnight Squad, and was needed off the pitch. Good luck in your next match!
