A good defensive first half saw us take the ball and run for the score, only to suffer a 1dpow and ANOTHER (third time today, from three) unlucky bounce and crowd throw that gifted the ball to the opposition.

Second half saw a misclick (accursed coaching) leave our ball carrier slightly exposed. The resulting POWS lead to a 2dblitz and KO'd ball carrier, followed by a series of turns where we failed everything.

An impressive 0 POWS from ten dice was followed by a $+ pickup (lucky), then a 3+ dodge to stunned, ball bounces. 7 sucessful 2dpows from the Chaos later, and we were unable to get the ball back.

We spent the last four turns with no men standing, but some uber-doding and an unluckty (duh) doubleskulls from the Red nearly gave us the draw, but another no POW 2dblock (75% Pow you stupid, invincible enemy hobbos) and a misclick stopped that.

Nafet played well, but the luck was 70-50 before the restart and I was gutted to lose.

We had 4 rerolls. 3 went on doubleskulls, one on a failed GFI. 0/4 Thick skull rolls passed. We suffered from 8 KOs, Nafets 0. Bad day, baaaaad day.”
