“Crazy match! A pity the replay got lost in a late reload.
I started out with some bad moves and lots of misclicks resulting in some turnovers and a conceded TD. The last part of the half proved to be entirely in my favour and I could waltz in for a last turn TD despite some less than stellar positioning. No OTT from the Darkies and no injury time either. Score: 1-1
2nd half started with a Blitz! in my favour and it looked like this was a match that would be dominated by me and Nuffle. But it was not to be. Nuffle shifted sides faster than one could say "snake eyes" and my fruitless attempts to get the opposing ball carrier down with 1-4 dice were then followed up by some equally unlucky moves by Hold the Line! that left the ball carrier exposed. Only for my elves to make an equallt bad turnover.
Luck jumped back and forth till the end and I think both coaches had already lost the match in his mind. Evidence of what a nailbiter it was.
The bigger team lost to the better team this time. Next time it will not be so (unless mine is the better of course) ;)
Slanter deserved the victory today - if nothing else then because I coached terribly in the first half. Good luck slanter and see you for a re-match.”
“This was one of the first serious challanges for Hold the Line!
Playing a strong HE team coached by RedFish turned out to be very even and exciting!
Far to early in the game Moonlash was niggled followed by an apofail (he missed a RIP last game) and things started to look gloomy for the 11man DE team. Azeriro Cattwister with st4 and ag5 managed to keep things interesting throughout the game. A couple of crowdpushes helped the darkies take control of the second half.
As mentioned the crash destroyed an otherwise very nice replay.
The luck was more like 65 vs 60 instead of 50 vs 74, loots of cool moves!
RedFish will get his rematch as soon my guys get 13 players again =)”
