#5 Larry Longlegs – Dead (RIP)
“blah...this game was a bit bloody.
1st half, 3 casualties for each team..and one KO'd longbeard.
2nd half, 1 Ko'd elf..
It was a good game..the elves blocked better than the dwarves, but had trouble dodging (lots of 1's rolled).
but still, a dead runner (who gets the MVP) and a MNG elf..not too much damage. But, because I purchased a Freebooter this game (to have 11 players), I don't have the money to replace Larry yet.
Bought an apoth and have 15k left in treasury..need another 60k game to get at least another longbeard..

Being part of ladder and facing only bashers made them think they were bashers also.
Well they did a pretty good imitation at least!
Yes it would be nice for them to learn how to dodge, against a team with more injury causing skills that could be disasterous, but how can I be too mad at them after the last turn long bomb for the second touchdown.
So they'll only get 50 lashes by the knotty leather whip, instead of the spiked chain.
