“Ahem: luck stat doesn't really do justice to this game. Check out the first half for some ridiculous skink passing plays. Basically, I got sloppy in offence but got away with it. The only thing I can say in my defence is that the skinks have to be there in the first place: if a skink isn't in position to, say, pick up a ball in a TZ, dodge away, make a q pass to another skink in a TZ who dodges away and scores (ahem), then you don't even have the chance to attempt it.

Second half went more as could be expected, as the dwarves started to crunch through us. Luckily no permanent damage done. (And there was one last highlight as a skink succeeded in a 3 dice against blitz on the dwarf ball carrier, badly hurting him!)

Good game, and Maldraedior is a dwarf coach with some style: hard but fair.”
