“Another sub par result. Where sgl d blocks were the key. Coach Azmo is seriously thinking of walking away from the War, 6 skulls in 3 turns and a large number of successful sgl d blocks resulted in a poor loss for the War.
They are developing into quite a good (on paper) team with developed b orcs, which is probably why they aren't getting that many matches off heavier teams but are dropping quite a few games to desperate blocks and frantic defences. The War have a couple of matches to live up to their potential otherwise this could be the end. Already there are cries of bring back their predecessors, the Warlords, who are making big steps in tournies. The War have big shoes to fill.
As for the Reivers, all credit to them, they went for their moves and they came off. They took some heavy shots which mainly came in the 1st half, primarily due to the fact they tried to man-mark the War, resulting in cas piling up.”
