“The Squicks was a pretty hard-hitting team, quickly causing enough casualties to make it very hard (read: impossible) for the dark elves to exploit their advantage in armor value and get a number advantage. Despite constant blocking, the Ninjas, for the first time in their team history, didn't make even a SINGLE casualty against the AV 7 skaven team.
A lot of trick plays and hand-offs ensured consistent Ninja scoring, however.
Both teams had very high luck rating, and very few rerolls were used. Due to the dark elf coach leaving too ealy by accident (oops) the final two touchdowns that made the game 4-4 weren't saved, as the game loaded at turn 7 in the last half, and we just let the turns go to keep it fair.
The luck rating wasn't saved, but it was something like this (numbers are as I recall before I left, probably not entirely accurate):
Nasty Nihilist Ninjas: ~73%
Squicks: ~65%
And good work by Swift, the Skaven Very Long Legs Sprinting Gutter Runner for making 3 (actually 4) 1-turners. :)”
