“Not sure why the opposition conceded. It wasn't that bad. I had an unlikely chance at getting a 2-0 half time lead (helped by a pitch invasion) and, whilst I was ridiculously lucky for the first 3 turns, I needed all my rerolls for the next few as my luck dropped from 80%+ down a peg or two.
At a probable 1-0 deficit, receiving the ball, with KO players to return, I personally would have continued. He obviously just wasn't having fun. Then again, that's the secret of Blood Bowl, enjoying not winning because you can't win them all.
This also reinforces my belief that Nurgle's Rotters are a total waste of time as a race. Rotters are like a poor man's chaos warrior after a bit of experience - slower and less agile. No apothecary means incidents like losing good beastmen is just unavoidable. Foul Appearance can be gained so once you have a half decent TR chaos team it should wipe the floor with a Nurgle team. That's my opinion anyway. I wonder who's reading it!
The Immortalis run continues. 4th win in a row, 9th game undefeated.”
