“Bloody chainsaw of doom! Starts it up turn 1, no problem. Turn 2, he -agi SI's my thrower. Guess he's LOS fodder now... Turn 3, he niggles a gutter, apo fail. Turn 4, some miracle prevents him from breaking my other gutter's armor, and there is no turn 5 for him, as my SV comes tearing in to lay the finishing blow. Skaven score, up 1-0.

But what's this? Of my 4 ko's, 1 wakes up, whereas all but one of his do. Despite this, we're able to avoid a cfling score...score 1-0 at the half.

Second half begins...I receive! But I have 3 total rats to play with, as only 1 of my 5 ko's wakes up this time...and he has a full 11 baddies after me, and again that accursed chainsaw (brother of the dead one) starts in the first turn! But b/c I'm so severely outnumbered and have to put the two linerats and one SV on the LOS, I have no chance at grabbing the ball, and he scores before he can bring his saw to bear...only to get caught and ejected!

Now score's 1-1, and we have...5 rats vs 11 cflings, and my gutter has failed his ko roll for third time in a row. Sometimes... He's able to knock the ball loose, but a desperation blitz by my RO frees it back up, to be advanced...and dropped for hte touchdown pass. (Stupid rain...) Cflings trap the ball on the sidelines, but a chainpush fling-to-troll knocks the ball loose into the sidelines, which give it a very skaven-friendly bounce. All I have to do is 3+ dodge away and race for the winning score...but alas, such is not to be. A draw develops, and given how both teams are now 1-1-1 record, the tie-break goes to TR, which means my skavne advance to the final 16 ko tourney.
