“When his mega-legendary linerat John showed up despite twin niggles, I just knew it was gonna be a long match. Yes, I started the fouling war, but he had the blodge/claw/rsc/tackle linerat and the dp to follow like a lapdog everywhere he went, so a rat's gotta protect himself, right? Was only able to lay a single lick on his legend, a ko who woke up 2 seconds later when I scored the go-ahead score. He promptly gets twin cas first turn of his drive, so I'm thinking bad things are gonna be happening soon. But for the rest of the game, though he removed rat after rat after rat, they were all ko's from here out.
Bad luck plagued my opponent, which was VERY good luck for me! His claw/rsc guy managed a single cas and a ton of ko's; he stole the ball fair and square, then I intercepted for the go-ahead 2-1 score; his OTS attempt as first half ended resulted in a bh OTS rat; my longbomb for the winning score failed, letting him pick up the ball, but he failed his gfi to position for a better toss, giving me the ball as time expired for the winning score.
GG, very frightening at times, hilarious at others, and one I don't intend to ever repeat...at least, not until I'm better prepared for a basher such as yourself! ;-) (A skaven team with a +100 cas ratio after 50+ games...*shudders*)”
