“What to say... I won the game. The only problem is that a one-eyed blind folded monkey could have done the same thing in my place.
Don't really know what to say as I'm a bit tired. The two handicaps Illegal drugs and Iron man were anything but bad and made sure I had 3 str. 5 players on the field, while the elves had no guard and the only str. 4 player spent half the game in the KO box, which forced Wotfudboy to attempt a lot of dodges, but that was hardly what cost him the voctory.
It was the consistency in the amount of skulls, 1s (sometimes 2s) and the way KOs simply refused to return (unless they were mine).
Not much of a games - much similar to our previous game.
Better luck next time, pal.
If it can make you feel any better my skink who got a skill aged a nig and rolled a double. I was wondering where those 1s were hiding - apart from the ones spotting your dice.
See ya for a re-match some day, and thank for not whining ;)”
“This was the 2nd game in a row against Redfish... in different tournaments obviously.
The luck factor didn't improve... however the lack of luck didn't damage the team as much as my last game... this game it just prevented me from doing anything to stop Redfish securing a tidy win.
Please watch the replay... I don't think the coaching was at fault... the dice just didn't roll my way. Redfish once again played a solid game. The hiring of the star lizard didn't make my job any easier, especially as he contributed with an interception!!...
Right in turn 16 I used up all the luck i had with a dodge, pickup and pass which secured me a consolation TD, and moved Riyak onto 17spp... He gained +1STR but aged and niggled!! ... sometimes nuffle hates you... Let it just be said that the dice are now in the peppercorn grinder...
Thanks Redfish for the game and the kind words of sympathy...”
