“Very close match between the Woodies and the Humans. A first turn BH evened the odds quickly to 10 on 10 much to my liking. It was now going to be a close match.
The Humans took every opportunity to get my Elves down, however in elvish style they managed to avoid much serious injury. Allowing a TD early in the first half.

The humans came back strong (with their Egos shattered after being showed up physically by the elves) and made it their aim to get those elves down. A badly hurt and a few KO were all they could manage. The woodies managed to bunch up the humans making it hard for them to score, and a last ditch run by a blitzer tripped up leaving it 1-0 to the woodies at half time.

Things were not looking so good for the elves for the second half down 10 on 7 but the elves tried their best but nothing was going to stop the Humans scoring this time

The last drive of the game was tightly contested. The humans continuing their rage against the elves and the elves slipping by them to make some lucky precision attacks. After a ka-fuffle chasing the ball the elves ended up with it and made a pass to a break away elf (closely guarded by a lone human). The human intercepted the ball, a sure game saver.

The game ended in some desperate last minute groping for the ball to get to the end zone, with neither team showing much focus (a failed pickup by the humans, and a failed GFI by the elves)
