“Hello sports fans we have been away but the Town report is back
So here we are on a perfect Bloodbowl day with 59000 eager fans packed into the stadium to see the Town play the Pyramadness a team all the way from the distant lands of Khemri
And it looks like we are ready to get underway and its the Pyta to kick off
And the Town pick up the ball deep in their own half and I must say the team is looking a bit rusty from the time off they have had
It looks like Firmroots still thinks he is in the forest as he is stuck fast on the halfway line
But ohhhh one of the Pyra skel's got a bit too close to Firmroots there and now the officials are sweeping the bones off the field
Now the Pyra players have got things organised and have taken control of the ball in the Town half and they move the ball down field and it's a TD for Pyramadness and there fans go wild well wild might be a bit strong a word for it but their was definatly some rattling wether that was joy or just the wind picking up is hard to say at this stage
And so Pyramadness get the game underway again
and it looks like the Town are setting up for the Flying Fling offence
Yes the Town have the ball and move it to Hutchings who is stood behind Firmroots and yes here goes Firmroots picking up Hutchings and he goes for the throw the crowd hold their breath as Hutchings flys down field ............. and yes he lands it and scampers off down the centre of the pitch for a Town TD
And so Town restart the game but the final seconds of the half wind down with the players fighting for control of the ball on halfway
So the second half starts with Town kicking but the Pyra players seem to have guessed what is going on they are already moving to pick up the ball and they take control of it and start to move down field on the left
Town are having to give ground to try and form some sort of defensive line but they are running out of space and the Pyra players have found a gap and pushed thru for a TD
And so Pyramadness restarts the game but whats this some of the Khemri fans have spilled onto the pich and ooooooh down goes the ref and as the officials sort that one out the game carries on
Keating picks up the ball in his own half and he heads towards Hutchings and hands the ball off but a bit of a miss understanding their the ball has been dropped
But here comes Blake to clear the mess up he pushes a Pyra skel out the way and goes to pick up the ball but it slips out of his hand
And now here comes Brooks to try and get hold of the ball which he does he showed a good set of hands there and now he hands the ball off to Hutchings
Firmroots is looking to get hold of Hutchings it looks like Town are going for the Flying fling again but their are just too many Pyra players around Firmroots to get the throw away and the ball comes free on the halfway line
And it looks like Blake is first too the ball But a Pyra players is close on his heels and blocks him and the ball bounces free and Pyramadness take control of the loose ball but here comes Blake again he looks fired up for this and he Blitz's the Pyra player and the ball flys loose and as Levine falls on the loose ball the final whistle goes
The Town fans look fiarley happy with the result they did lose but at least they know their will be spare ribs at the after game feast tonight
And so now we sign off see you at the next match for the Town report
