“48% luck my ass... I rolled countless ones in this match, failing just about everything I tried. Avariel was killed by his treeman, but my apoth could revive him. However, when Marnion received a niggling injury (after a failed 2+ dodge), he was gone... I came close to scoring late in the 2nd, and my plan almost worked, but I couldn't knock the last player away to clear the path for my catcher. He responded by scoring on turn 8. This was by far the most frustrating match I've ever played, much more than the one against the Skavensklaven. I would have turned to mindlessly thrashing his players (or at least attempting to =), but there was this big nasty tree standing on his LOS, whom I really didn't want to mess with. The only thing I really got out of this match was a skill for my thrower. Aside from that, my team basically acted like a SSP dispenser for Allirion's woodies...”
