My opponent started the game by receiving the ball. But with some good rolls I managed to steal the ball, and had some good opportunies to score. I failed twice the gfi roll for a td. So the 1st half ended in 0-0.
And the wasn't much to tell about it. No injuries, 1KO for both, and luck went from side to side. Some good rolls, and then some really bad ones.
In the 2nd half I got the ball, but again it all went weird.
But it was definitely a fun game, and I enjoyed it quite a bit.
In some point it seemed like my opponent would score, but with some good rolls on my side I got the ball and scored on turn 8. So it seemed that I got the win, as my opponent had just 1 turn and his catcher was KO'd.
But then the referee screwed with the game clock, and suddenly my opponent had 2 turns to score! Grr...
And as I hadn't even thought about injury time (it's just my own fault) I wasn't prepared for it. So my defense was caught in surprise. I tried to tie all the possible players from my opponent, but his ogre decided to start playing in injury time. So he got one man free, and with some luck (no rerolls) he handed the ball and managed to gfi. So the game ended in a tie.
And it seems that fans would like to see something else than two teams struggling and fumbbling, as both teams got -1 on fanfactor.
