“A good game played with good spirit that had a heart stopping finish.
Late in the second half my catcher had the ball with a clear path to the end zone. I started moving but accidentally clicked on the wrong square putting my into an enemy tackle zone, the next square is the end zone. I try to dodge onto the end zone (3+ with a RR) but fail! The ball scatters into the crowd and is thrown back into the mass of Dark Elves.
At this point I am kicking myself "how can I click on the wrong square" certain that I had thrown my victory away, it was too late for me to score again after my opponent did. The Dark Elves proceed to block nearly all my players off from following the ball and they took the ball towards my end zone.
I managed to get a Blitzer into the area though she is faced with 3 Dark Elves. Then the unexpected happens, while handing the ball off to a player on my end zone he drops the ball! Sensing a chance my Blitzer dodges away from one Dark Elf, Blitzes another getting a push to move him away from the ball then picks up to ball right in front of another player and dodges away again!
My opponent then tries to Blitz my player but could not wrest the ball from her fevered grip. The game then ends and I breath a sigh of relief at getting away with a foolish accident.”
