“The Pagan chaos dwarf team really had their wheaties before the game. The only thing is, the wheaties were coated with a super-virulent strain of Morley's Revenge and it kept some key players off the pitch during the tight moments of the game just after halftime when the dwarves could have evened the score in many ways...

The stars of the game were the runners, of course. A couple key blocks by the storm vermin didn't go unnoticed and were cheered by the Panda faithful. Two touchdowns each for the rookie runners Cax Slider and Gespacho Soup made even the doubters stand up and take notice.

Alas, the game was not without it's downside. Sometime Gnut, plagued by injuries and hit hard enough to knock him out of the next game, has decided to leave the team to go create dozens of offspring of which to supply the team in the future. He will be missed.

Two other players will not be making it to the next game. Trax and Scrap Metal each received heavy blows from the dwarven team to keep them out of the next matchup.

On a positive note, Drunken Sam's brother, Exploding Sam, has joined the team to avenge the death of his kin. He's been given a jersey and told to play the front line, which is where Drunken Sam met his fate several games ago.”
