“The Parkers really amazed me during this game. Almost as amazed as I was with Menikmati's bad luck. I can't count the number of times he failed to pick up the ball. His handlers had the agility of mummies and the strength of goblins today. That plus my good fortune (Blitz for one) made this game what it was.
I kept a lot of pressure on the ball. Despite threats of death and dismemberment, Francis Birch was Johnny on the spot when it came to the ball. Even Thomas Flowers came through with a suprise completion to Hugh. Hugh made the immediate TD. That was the 2nd turn that Menikmati fumbled the pick up roll.
I have to say, I was impressed with the Zen-like patience he handled his misfortune. I can't say I would have been so calm. Interestingly enough, both of his TDs were on Turn 8. Even though he was so at ease, his elves didn't buy into that Zen junk. Twice, immediately after I scored, they went from High Elves to Dark Elves. Both of my CAS came soon after I scored. They just got super mad and cracked some skulls.
It was an enjoyable game. I'm proud of my Parkers.”
