“Ban and Ginji fell out before the match, arguing about who was the more important player. Considering the rave reviews of Ginji the last few games, perhaps this was unsurprising. In the end they agreed that Ban would comamnd the offense and Ginji the defense. Nevertheless, the Getbackers showed plenty of depth so that they were able to play well no matter whether they were playing with one captain or the other. Ban's well-run offense resulted in consistent two-turn TDs, and Ginji's good defense completely deadlocked the second half to earn the win. After the game, the two captains had to agree that they were equally great!”
