Vuljin Zanshalay grew up (well spawned) in the Barrak Varr mountains. From an early age Vuljin had a keen interest in Blood Bowl, he spent many evenings hiding under the bleachers watching the local blood bowl giants the Barrak Varr Ironclad, and even managed to get a job on the ship that took the team to the Chaos Cup victory in 2416.
Upon Vuljin and the Ironclads return they found that the Barrak varr mountains had been overrun and Vuljin's cave had been destroyed, he tried to take sollice in what he he thought to be the sollice of friends, mainly Ironclads captain Tuhren Quartztracker, but he was shunned and sent away, the dwarves merely dismissing him as a ship hand and not caring about his issues as they had issues of their own as they went about revenge in the Grind League as a newly formed team.
Vuljin's only option was to leave Tilea and join Grind.
