Harvey Klattenberg
Harvey Klattenberg was born the day after the curse, his Mother died giving birth to him. The Townsfolfk of Pockara not yet used to seeing the varying degrees of mutations looked upon this poor babe with disgust, as did his grieving Father.
Harvey was a particularly hairy baby who had strange looking growths protuding from his skull and cloven hooves for feet. He spent the better part of his childhood locked in a barn and fed scraps by his Father.
When he was finally accepted into the community it was too late. Harvey's hatred and anger had festered beyond repair. He now lives alone on the outskirts of Pockara atacking all that come near. News of the Night Terrors somehow came to his attention and seeing a chance to show off his special brand of brutality he has joined their ranks.
