Sometimes jokingly referred to as "the old lady" (though rarely to her face), Elspeth has been at the Thistle for the longest of all the current squad. Her slight form sometimes leads to opponents underestimating her, but she has proved as able as any other in the line, with a knack for throwing much bigger players to the floor at her feet. It is rumoured that her grandmother was a hedge-witch of some description and may have cast a luck spell on Elspeth as a baby. Off the pitch she's known for her dazzling green eyes and quick wit. There is a rumour that once in training she simply tongue-lashed a reserve Lethfaol into handing the ball over so she could score, though this is not confirmed.
