Taking his name of love, fertility, war and sex, Ishtar was added to the group after a petition from the Hobgoblin to remove Ereshkigal, who was so slow she was actually being catched by the blockers. They swear they didn't take her for her good looks. She was an amazing Blood Bowl player. Honest.

Unfortunately, her skills didn't translate on the pitch. Ishtar was murdered (much to all the Hobgoblins chagrin) in the second worst defeat suffered by the Annunakis so far at the hands of the Slaaneshi Chaos team Pain, Perfection, Pleasure, the second Annunaki to die on the field that day. That gives her the dubious honour of being the Annunaki with the shortest playing career (less than one half of play).
