First match with the team, Flinthammer scores a casualty. The opposing team induced Chaney, and from turn 1 on till the end of the first half, it was his duty to keep the claws away from the rest of the team.

Surprisingly, he was never afforded an opportunity to foul, his secondary duty, to afford the team more removal options in place of Hemingway (who spent the first half on the bench, the team doesn't need 2 foulers on the pitch at once). Still, he performed well enough for the Dwarf fans in attendance to name him MVP, and thus earning him his first skill in his first match performance. This is to be the start of a long, beautiful career with the Hobos.
