Whisper was so eager to join the team that he threw himself infront of an ironclad heel or something like that. However since he could only be raised as a zombie and Coach Brio have a bunch of those from the NFL he was cut from the team.
Whisper have not been forgotten totally as he can be seen selling food on game days, he is especially good at selling rat on a stick.
