Brenda the Petulant played two games with the Spittsburgh Vampirates, but in the opening play of their game against the Stumptown Crypsters, Brenda was tasked with being part of the defensive cage for Black Rackam as he made his run with the ball. Upset that she had been relegated to screening for another player rather than running the ball herself she turned her back on the opposing team, so she did not turn to see the Mummy looming over her until it came crashing down on her, knocking itself out with the sheer force of the ramming blitz which collapsed her sternum. However, Brenda's days as a Bloodbowl player are not fully behind her, as she was recruited to play as a zombie with the Stumptown Crypsters.
