Juliana Bolthead mostly gets her nickname from the fact that her skull is quite literally bolted on. Juliana recieved a strange mutation where her head can, just at random, wander off on its own. It doesn't kill her, but it is extremely annoying when she can't see where her body's going, and where her head is going at the same time. So, she did the only sensible thing and bolted her neck to her shoulders.
