The idea behind the ALS is that you play like a complete moron for about 12-14 turns so that you after that can use all your luck quota in one or two turns. As a reward the coach decided to give him a Kick.
Never being what you might call a "brainer" Samson trained his kicks using what he could find at home. Pillows were too soft, the dogs worked so-and-so but his fathers anvil was a bad call on his part and earned him a broken fot and a bad injury to his back. The back-thing was not so much the anvil as it was his mum beating him up when she found the dog. After this incident the coach has considered making Samson a member of the staff rather than to allow him to play .
After 14 matches Samson hung up his boots and joined the coaching staff. Let's see if he can keep the ALS alive from the sideline.
