The Flametongue design of cannonry is a classic one, designed for appeal among those who like a more old-timey feel compared to the advanced, futuristic Particle Accelerator prototypes. It utilizes standard low-explosive technology and simple physics to project objects from the Flametongue's firing chamber to its destination. The Flametongue's targetting systems are top-notch and designed for launches "in any-weather, at any-time", infrared technologies used for nighttime departures and nitro boost setting for getting over obstacles or through unfriendly climate conditions.

This is the series' fourth incarnation, featuring snug, flame-retardant inner padding for passengers as well as air-conditioning and climate control for a comfortable pre-flight stay. The design also boasts 320 horsepower, four-wheel drive and a GPS satellite linkup. It comes in manual or automatic transmissions.

It accepts only Diesel as fuel - it is necessary to produce the series' signature gout of flame , which usually occurs <i>after</i> the projection of the passenger and/or other objects.
