Thomas Kerring was sentenced to 4 years in prison for illegal gun possession, resisting arrest and series of traffic related charges for when he tried to flee from the police. Kerring's daring escape attempt was filmed and broadcasted by a Crime Watch news chopper, and the lengthy car chase where the police made multiple attempts to push him off the road earned him the name "Tags" by his fellow inmates, after the popular children's game.
Unfortunately the reason for his illegally purchased gun and the following flight was a rather substantive debt to a local crime lord. When Kerring saw one of his hitmen in his prison block he knew that his days were numbered unless he got out, and thus he applied for the Gothenburg Gangstas.
Given how hard it was for the police to bring him down he was an obvious choice as a catcher.
<b>Achievments & Happenings</b>
Got his leg fractured by a mummy in Antipodal Regional Shield 7/07
<b>Retirement</b>
Kerring got his leg snapped off by a khemri mummy in Antipodal Regional Shield 7/07. Even with extensive surgery the leg would never have been restored enough for him to continue as a catcher on the team, and there is no way that amount of resources would be spent on a convict. "Tags" got his final tag in his 3rd match, and got sent back to a certain death in his old prison block.
