** Your team has too many players I will remove any i deem unnecessary.

** If you start too favor a player I will remove him so you may return to loving your team equally.

** If your over abundance of players is confusing you.

** Too reduce your chance of turnovers

** Too help you get to know your individual players

** Too make your other players feel special

** Too help your make your team more characterful

** Too help you recreate your players

** Too teach you the importance of standing up your players
