Even when he started out as a rookie there were people who were comparing Joruus to the great <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=3583515>Greenleaf</a>. Aside from the fact that Joruus wasn't as hard hitting as Greenleaf was, the similarities were pretty striking. Both we're built for speed but whereas Laonis was a powerful blitzer and play maker, S'teel was all about unfettered scoring ability!
After his final game Joruus told the gathered press that he felt like he was running out of steam and that he needed a break. Age it seemed has finally caught up with the speedy catcher. He truly was one of the best and he will surely be missed by the crowds, the fans and the teammates he leaves behind as he finally retires.
