Conservative and rational he is usually at odds with Subotai, although he recognizes the latter's usefulness to the Daimyo.
He has been at the forefront of adapting the Nezumijin's millenary martial art to the game of blood bowl developing a striking technique which allows to ignore the opponents armour after only his second game.

In their second tournament, The MITRIL, in the final game against the Rotten Boners Ishihara held side by side with Tetsuo most of the undead team to secure the TD which would seal the match.
Isolated he was surrounded by six players who assisted the Rotten´s dirty player in fouling him to the death. They got their blood but lost the tournament.
He trained the nightblades and formed the future leaders of Tetsuo´s army. He will be honoured forever by his pupils and descendants in this world and by his ancestor´s in the other...
