Shakr never managed to really accomplish much on the pitch, he was usually knocked out on the 1st play.
Somehow Shakr was retired by the Glibbersnot family to an assistant coach position.
Many fans think this as an unjust reward, and accuse the Glibbersnot estate of playing favoritism with Shakr.
Others believe his retirement to be an unusual punishment as Shakr's Assistant Coach position is nothing more than being used as a Tackling Dummy. Shakr has been knocked out more times during practice than he had in his short 6 match career.
