Walter began his rise to stardom from a humble background. Born in a remote fishing village he had little to look forward to apart from the next meal. This was until Artemis Enver visited the small hamlet during his travels.

Walter was entranced by the vampires tales of travel and adventure and soon pledged his service. He spent many years as Artemis's personal retainer and true to his word his master showed him the wonders of the old world. In return Walter became one of the vampires loyalist servants. They spent many evenings in Drakenfort in deep conversation and reminising. By the time he was thirty he was the major dojo of the Enver estate and was a fierce task master to the servants.

When the letter arrived from Sylvania announcing the creation of a new bloodbowl team. Walter was the first to apply. Despite Artemis's arguements that the old retainer was too old and too useful to lose, Walter became number 10. His bloodbowl career was a beginning success. Scoring, casualties, ball skills Walter tried his hand at them all and had some luck. It wasn't until his second game when his speed and grace came to the fore. Becoming the teams rear guard and thrower.

Unfortunately this was not to last. As skilled as the old servant was he tragically was stomped too death by the Vermin Rat Cult. The fiendish rat-man distracted Walter by pouring milk into Earl Grey! This tea foopar distracted him long enough for the Storm Vermin to bash his head in.

To Walter you will be sorely missed.
