Ulric Blooddrinker was introduced to the Nightmares after Conrad, the initial Wight, was brutally slaughtered during a vicious match against a Chaos team. Ulric however would not share the same fortune of Conrad who at least had a prosperous career. Ulric had the misfortune of getting too close to the sidelines in a match against a team of Amazons who promptly tossed him into the crowd. Already rowdy from the shortage of fast-food and drinks, not even the necromantic magic could repair Ulric's mangled and shattered body. His armour too was left in a state of disrepair and as such, what (very) little which could be retrieved was stored away until powerful enough magic could bring back the Wight from the death once more.
