Baoth won't confirm the rumours that he had incapacitated the Ruffians Apothecary the day Aed the Burned died. He laughs off suggestions that it was him in that lab coat in the dug-out. Sure the witnesses tell of the apothecary's unusually bright ginger beard, but surely that's coincidence. Admittedly hitting the patient in the skull with a mallet is an unusual therapy for back soreness, but heh, there ain't no proof either way, and there's few men brave enough to put the accusation to Baoth's face.
