Story
Pipin's a bad guy. The kind of dude you don't want to come across, late at night in a dark street of Altdorf. No-one knows where he comes from. The coach of the Sammiches met him in an infamous pub of the Moot, where is team was mourning the loss of one of their member with a good pint of ale. He hired him for a few beers. But Pipin is not an easy guy. It took him some time to get used to his fellow team mates.

The ball? He doesn't care. Well, yeah, if the ball's around, he will score: the coach promised him a beer for every touchdown, so he can't refuse. Flying? It's for snots. Unless that's for picking a fight against much stronger. That's how Pipin his. He loves good old brawls. And that's also how he became the most feared halfling on the pitch. And he's very good at that.

He's the kind of guy who can fly in the air, one die blitz the ball carrier, and score in one turn. Or the kind of guy who can grab the ball, and blitz his way to the touchdown line while his teammates just sit behind. The dude even took a tree down.

Yeah, that's Pipin. Fear him: he's coming out for you!
24.11.2512 – Drakenhof
A sad day for the Sammiches. The biggest star of the team, Ernst Swiftoak, is seriously injured at the beginning of the game. The apothecary patches him up and he will be able to play again, but Willow Weedbeard, the other treeman of the team suffers the same fate and is out the game due to a broken neck. The rest of the team is ripped apart. The Casualty box is full. Swiftoak comes back long enough to throw Pipin in the air with the ball, hoping for a touchdown, but Pipin lands head first on the ground and is stunned.

The flings are badly beaten, but they don't give up. The fierce treeman tries again to throw Pipin in the air, and this time it works! Pipin scores the first touchdown for the team. Unfortunately, Swiftoak is injured again soon after. He won't be back this time. The Sammiches still have 2 touchdowns to score if they want to win the game.

An undead kicks the ball near Pipin. He grabs it and rushes alone towards the touchdown line. A werewolf tries to take him down, but Pipin beats the hell out of him and continue his race, scoring the second touchdown of the Sammiches in the process. The game is almost over, but the flings don't give up. They courageously kick the ball near the line of scrimmage. The undead try to pick it up, but the fail. Wait! Who's this reckless fling going for the ball? It's Pipin again! He grabs it and do it again! He scored another touchdown, offering the victory to his team against all odds!

A legend was born this day...

13.12.2512 – Altdorf
Halflings from all around the Moot have gathered to watch another game of their most famous team. The stadium is full of supporters. They don't know it yet, but they're gonna assist to the death of the greatest star a halfling team ever had.

The Sammiches kick first. The beginning of the game is a carnage. The flings completely dominate the greenskins. Pipin is confident. He's just doing his job, and bashes his way around, sending as many goblins to the Cas box as he can, and he's doing great. The emerging star Bob Berserkling grabs the ball, and rushes towards the touchdown line, surrounded by his whole team. A courageous goblin blitzes him, and against all odds, it's a POW! But wait... Something's wrong... Bob's not moving. He seems... dead. The apothecary rushes to bring him first aid, and it works! Bob is able to play again. That could have gone very bad...

Pipin pick up the ball, but another gobo blitzes him and... it's a POW again! Fortunately, he's not alone and his teammates make the gobo pay before scoring the first touchdown for the team.

The Sammiches have scored their first touchdown, but the greenskins won't give up. It's time for the flings to receive. Both trees have fun smashing goblins in the center of the pitch. They quickly dispose of the fanatic. Pipin grabs the ball, and move towards the sideline. A troll tries to blitz him, but after thinking about it twice, he decides that wouldn't be such a great idea. Not so stupid, this time. But a goblin armed with a chainsaw then decides he wants to be the hero of the game, and attacks Pipin, who's still staring at the troll. He has no time to dodge, and falls down, cut in half.

The Sammiches scored another touchdown this day, but no one remembers it. The crowd was shocked. No one could believe Pipin was dead. The atmosphere was electric in the stadium. Pretzels and dumplings started flying all over the arena. The referee was grabbed by the crowd and beaten to death with Pfungzig smoked sausages. Riots started all over the city, causing the death of fifty-two locals, three grocery stores owners, 4 bartenders, and one boot seller.

Pipin did not have the legend status. He was not the best fling around. He did not have as many +stats as some other freaks. He was not on the top of the stars or scorers lists. But he definitely was the most insane, reckless, and fun to play fling that ever stepped foot on a Bloobowl pitch. He was the show stopper. He was the epitome of entertainment.

Farewell Pipin, you will forever be remembered, in the Moot and beyond. You may not have became a legend, but you've accomplished things greater than any other fling before.
