Mephiston Hoof was the tribe's finest blacksmith, having been an averaging fighter of the clan of the Bloody Rogues in his heyday. A natural loner, Mephiston found himself better suited to the long hours at the forge and showed considerable talent and ingenuity at his new craft.
Mephiston became renowned for his skills as a blacksmith but chose to live by himself on the outskirts of the settlement and seldom spoke to his fellow tribesmen other than to acknowledge their requests. What he did do was develop an insatiable desire to build the best weapons and armour the world had ever seen. THis, almost inevitably, drew him towards warpstone and experimenting with using its mysterious qualities to create ever more destructive weapons.
As a result of constantly finding himself in contact with small quantities of warpstone, Mephiston's body had begun to undergo changes long before the meteor struck... Horns, hidden by a large helmet, had begun to grow and he had become increasingly hairy and found himself feeling stronger than before...
When the meteor struck, Mephiston found himself rejoicing... The meteor had provided him with a seemingly endless supply of warpstone and he spent two sleepless weeks forging an array of the most deadly weapons known to the Badlands.
The exposure to warpstone took its deadly toll on him and soon the madness was so deeply set that Mephiston was building himself warpstone hooves and a blood bowl kit... Next thing you know and he'd signed up for a third career, this time as a member of the Bloody Blasphemy, his warpstone poisoned veins pumping with dark blood and adrenaline, warpstone robohooves ready to crush skulls....
One foul day, facing a veteran Necro team know as the High Pass Howlers, Mephisered!ton finally met his match and was ripped to shreds by Hellion Vinelash, a Super Star Werewolf... Better than a foul by a mercenary, you shall be rememb
