A man of impeccable honour and respect, a Knight renowned for his skill in battle, Count Siegfried was a legend for his time. He lead a party of fellow warriors to track down the infamous "Mad Knight" to bring him to justice. After leading a life of conflict yet upholding the justice of the people, Count Siegfried retired to his castle and eventually passed away from old age. Buried in his armour, the people mourned the loss of such a noble man and although many songs were written in his name, time eventually saw that he was forgotten.

Now many generations later, Siegfried has been reincarnated as a Wight to fight in an Undead team. Enraged and horrified, Siegfried threatened the necromancer's life for having brought him back from his eternal slumber but unfortunately the necromancer fainted.

Siegfried eventually settled into his new "unliving" life and was introduced to the modern Old World by the teams' necromancer. He was disgusted and horrified at the levels civility had fallen. Brand names? Commercials? Cabalvision? Sports? There was no space in this world for such distractions. Life should be about upholding the honour and respect of the people and the chivalrous code. Unfortunately with his return from the dead, this had twisted his mind to an almost fanatical zealotry which formed into a hatred for all life.

Recognizing the levels with which the people had fallen, Siegfried chose to Captain the team himself, the Siegfriedhof Slaughters. If the people did not want to act with dignity or respect, then Siegfried would show them the price of such undignified behaviour.
